תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ך
כל מסמך, למעט חשבונות וקבלות, שנקבע לגביו בפקודה כי המס יסומן עליו בבול דבק, מותר לסמנו בבולים מוטבעים, תוך שלושים יום מתאריך קיומו של המסמך לראשונה.
