בנק שהגביל בעל חשבון ידווח על כך למפקח, והמפקח יעביר לכל בנק, לרבות הבנקים בישראל ובאזור חבל עזה את הפרטים בדבר ההגבלות, הכל כפי שיקבע המפקח.
