14. פרסום
תיקון: 1429
(א)המפקח רשאי לפרסם את מספרי החשבונות המוגבלים, עם ציון שם הבנק שבו מתנהל כל חשבון ותאריך סיום ההגבלה.
(ב)המפקח רשאי לפרסם את שמות הלקוחות המוגבלים החמורים, בציון פרטי הזיהוי כפי שנקבעו בכללים ואת תאריך סיום ההגבלה, בהתקיים אחת מאלה:
(1)עברו שישים ימים מיום משלוח ההודעה לפי סעיף 3א(ב) ובתקופה זו לא הודיע בעל החשבון למפקח בדואר רשום על הגשת ערר בצירוף העתק ממנו;
(2)הערר בוטל, נמחק או נדחה.
