1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”דיווח“ – דיווח לפי סעיף 9 לחוק;
”הרשות המוסמכת“ – הרשות המוסמכת שהקים שר המשפטים לפי סעיף 29(א) לחוק;
”מאגר המידע“ – מאגר המידע שהוקם לפי סעיף 28 לחוק.
