23. שותפים בנכס
אם לנכס יותר מבעל אחד, תהיה חובת התשלום בתשלומי הקמה על כל אחד מבעלי הנכס בשיעור יחסי לפי חלקו בנכס; אם הצרכן בנכס כולל שני יחידים או יותר, תהיה חובת התשלום בתשלומי ביוב על כל יחידי הצרכן יחד ולחוד.
