6. נכות רפואית זמנית
רופא מוסמך רשאי לקבוע אחוז נכות רפואית לתקופה מוגבלת, כל עוד מצבו הרפואי של התובע אינו יציב; תקפה של כל קביעה זמנית כאמור יהיה לתקופה שאינה עולה על שנתיים מיום הקביעה.
