7. חוות דעת מיועץ
לצורך קביעת אחוז הנכות הרפואית, רשאי רופא מוסמך לבקש מיועץ שיגיש לו חוות דעת על סמך מסמכים רפואיים ותוצאות בדיקות אחרות שהובאו בפניו.
