9. מתן רישיון חברת ביוב
(א)החליט הממונה לתת למבקש רישיון חברת ביוב, יפרט בהחלטתו את נימוקיו ויביאה לאישור מועצת הרשות, בצירוף עמדות הציבור שהתקבלו בכתב.
(ב)אישרה מועצת הרשות את החלטת הממונה, רשאי הממונה לתת למבקש רישיון חברת ביוב.
