1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשנ״ז, תשנ״ח
בתקנות אלה –
”קיצבת נכות“ – קיצבת נכות לפי פרק ט׳ לחוק;
”נכה עבודה“ – מי שנכותו נקבעה לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק;
”מענק“ – מענק לפי סעיף 113 לחוק;
”החודש הקובע“ – החודש הראשון שבעדו זכאי אדם לקיצבת נכות;
”המענק בערכו החדשי“ – סכום קיצבת הנכות לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק שהיתה משתלמת לנכה עבודה בעד החודש הקובע אלמלא תשלום המענק;
”תלויים“, ”דרגת נכות“ ו”הכנסה“ – כמשמעותם בפרק ט׳ לחוק.
