4. חישוב מחדש
תיקון: תשנ״ז
משתלמת קיצבת נכות חלקית לפי תקנות אלה וחל שינוי בהרכב התלויים, דרגת הנכות או ההכנסות, העשוי להביא להקטנת קיצבת הנכות או להגדלתה לפי הוראות פרק ט׳ לחוק, תחושב מחדש קיצבת הנכות החלקית כאילו החודש שבו חל השינוי הוא החודש הקובע.
