1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חבר“ – חבר המועצה או חבר ועדה כהגדרתה בסעיף 17א(ד) לחוק;
”יושב ראש“ – יושב ראש ועדה כהגדרתה בסעיף 17א(ד) לחוק;
”ישיבה“ – ישיבת מועצה או ישיבת ועדה.
