Section 2 of תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (כללים ותנאים לתשלום גמול והחזר הוצאות לחברי מועצה או לחברי ועדה), התשס״ב–2001, גמול לחבר וליושב ראש.
2. גמול לחבר וליושב ראש
(א)בעד השתתפות בישיבות ישלם המוסד למי שלא נתקיימו בו הסייגים שבסעיף 17א(א) לחוק, גמול בסך של 600 שקלים חדשים לחבר ו־720 שקלים חדשים ליושב הראש, בעד כל ישיבה (להלן – גמול).
(ב)חבר זכאי לגמול אם אישר יושב ראש או ממלא מקומו כי החבר השתתף בישיבה כולה או רובה.
(ג)הגמול הקבוע בתקנת משנה (א) כולל כיסוי כל הוצאה שהוציא החבר או יושב הראש בקשר עם הישיבה וכולל מס ערך מוסף.
