Section 7 of תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (מענק למובטל שעובד בעבודה מועדפת), התשמ״ג–1983, מועדים להגשת התביעה.
7. מועדים להגשת התביעה
תביעה למענק תוגש:
(1)במענק מלא – בתום תקופת העבודה המזכה במענק, אף אם התובע ממשיך לעבוד בעבודה המועדפת;
(2)לפי תקנה (4)(1) – בתום ששה חדשים מיום שהתובע החל את עבודתו בעבודה המועדפת המזכה במענק או בתום התקופה הקובעת, לפי המוקדם;
(3)לפי תקנה 4(2) – בתום התקופה הקובעת.
