11. הגשת דין וחשבון ומסמכים
תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשמ״ה, תשמ״ז, תשמ״ח
(א)מבוטחת ביטוח ברשות תמסור עד ה־31 ביולי של כל שנת מס דין וחשבון, בטופס שאפשר להשיגו בכל אחד מסניפי המוסד, על הכנסתה והכנסת בעלה, לפי הענין, בשנת המס שקדמה לשנה בה מוגש הדין וחשבון.
(ב)(בוטלה).
(ג)עקרת בית, שבעלה הוא עובד, תמציא תוך 6 חדשים מתום כל שנת מס אישורים מהמעבידים שאצלם עבד בעלה בשנת המס האמורה בדבר שכרו.
