תיקון: תשמ״ה־3, תשמ״ז, תשנ״ט
לא המציא מבוטח למוסד העתק שומה כשנדרש לכך מאת המוסד, ישלם מקדמה רבעונית על בסיס ההכנסה המרבית שלפיה משתלמים דמי ביטוח כפי שהיא בתחילתו של רבעון האמורה בלוח י״א לחוק לגבי אותו מבוטח.
