4. חישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל לגבי עובד יומי יציב
לשכר של רבע השנה כאמור בתקנה 2(2) יווסף סכום המתקבל מהכפלת השכר היומי הממוצע במספר ימי ההיעדרות והסכום הכולל יחולק ב־90.
