3. תחילה ותחולה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה ב־1 בחודש שלאחר פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), והן יחולו על דמי ביטוח ודמי אבטלה המשתלמים בעד התקופה שלמן יום התחילה.
