4. חוסן כספי
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)(בוטלה).
(ב)ההון העצמי המשוקלל הכולל של מי שמחזיקים במישרין בעשרה אחוזים או יותר מאמצעי השליטה בחברה המבקשת לא יפחת מעשרים מיליון שקלים חדשים ואולם ועדת המכרזים רשאית, מטעמים שיירשמו, לקבוע לגבי מכרז מסוים כי ההון העצמי המשוקלל כאמור לא יפחת מעשרה מיליון שקלים חדשים.
