Section 5 of תקנות משק הגז הטבעי (דרכים ותנאים למתן רישיון חלוקה), התשס״ח–2008, ידע וניסיון מקצועיים.
5. ידע וניסיון מקצועיים
(א)בעל הרישיון יהיה בעל ידע וניסיון מקצועיים, של שלוש שנים לפחות, בתכנון, הקמה, הפעלה ותחזוקה של רשתות חלוקה, בהיקף שלא יפחת מהיקף התכנון, ההקמה, ההפעלה והתחזוקה הנדרשים בתחום רישיון חלוקה כפי שייקבע בתנאי המכרז וברישיון.
(ב)ועדת המכרזים רשאית, בהסכמת רשות הגז הטבעי, לקבוע כי הידע והניסיון המקצועיים של בעל הרישיון יוכחו באמצעות התקשרויותיו עם גופים בעלי ידע וניסיון מתאימים כאמור, בתנאים ובאופן שקבעה.
