29. הוראות שונות
(א)מפיק או ספק חייב להחזיק את הסביבה שבה הותקן מד המים במצב נקי ומסודר, באופן שיהיה ניתן לגשת למד המים, ואולם חובה כאמור לא תחול במקום שמד המים הותקן ברשות היחיד.
(ב)הותקן מד מים שלא לפי הוראות המפרט שבסעיף 34(א)(2), רשאי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לדרוש מהמפיק או מהספק להתקינו מחדש.
