6. זכות לקיצבת נכות
הגיש תושב האזור תביעה לקיצבת נכות לפי פרק ו׳2 לחוק והתאריך הקובע, כמשמעותו באותו פרק, חל בעת שהתובע היה מבוטח לפי פרק ב׳ לחוק, תיבדק תביעתו כאילו היה תושב ישראל; אושרה התביעה – תשולם קיצבת הנכות כל עוד מתקיימים התנאים המזכים בקיצבת נכות לפי החוק.
