11. הזכות לוותר
תיקון: תשכ״ג
רשאי כל אדם הזכאי לתבוע גימלה לפי תקנות אלה לוותר על ידי מסירת הודעה בכתב למוסד על זכותו לקבל גימלאות לפיהן, וזאת בלי לפגוע באמור בתקנה 4(ג).
