27. מקום וזמן ההצבעה
תיקון: תש״ט־2
(א)בכל אזור קלפי תהיה קלפי אחת, שתעמוד בתחומי אזור הקלפי. מקום הקלפי יפורסם על ידי ועדת הקלפי לפחות 5 ימים לפני מועד הבחירות בצורה שתקבע ועדת הבחירות המרכזית, אם באופן כללי ואם למקום מסויים.
(ב)ההצבעה תתקיים ביום הבחירות בכל אזורי קלפי משעה 6 בבוקר עד שעה 12 בלילה ללא הפסקה. מי שהגיע למקום הקלפי תוך שעות ההצבעה רשאי להצביע גם אם נתעכבה הצבעתו עד אחרי 12 בלילה.
