28. זיהוי הבוחרים
(א)הרוצה לבחור חייב לזהות את עצמו על יד הקלפי.
(ב)כתעודת זיהוי ישמש אך ורק פנקס הזיהוי שהוצא בהתאם לתקנות־שעת־חרום (רישום תושבים), תש״ח–1948.
