31. חלוקת מנדטים במקרה של רשימות קשורות
(א)אם נותרו מנדטים אחרי החלוקה לפי סעיף 30(ב), תיחשבנה שתי רשימות קשורות, לצרכי החלוקה לפי סעיף 30(ג), כרשימה אחת בעלת מספר הקולות שקיבלו שתיהן יחד ובעלת המנדטים שזכו בהם שתיהן יחד בחלוקה לפי סעיף 30(ב), בתנאי שכל אחת מהן כבר זכתה באותה חלוקה לפחות במנדט אחד.
(ב)המנדטים שזכו בהם שתי הרשימות הקשורות יחולקו ביניהן לפי שיטת החלוקה הקבועה בסעיף 30 לגבי חלוקת כל המנדטים בין כל הרשימות.
