46. הוראות ועדת הבחירות המרכזית
תיקון: תש״ט
ועדת הבחירות המרכזית רשאית לתת הוראות, במידה שפקודה זו אינה מכילה אותן, בכל הנוגע –
(א)להכנת הבחירות, הנהלתן וקביעת תוצאותיהן, לרבות הבחירות בין חיילים;
(ב)לסדר הדיונים בועדת הבחירות;
(ג)לפרסומם ומסירתם של הודעות ומסמכים אחרים על ידי ועדות הבחירות;
(ד)לכל ענין אחר הכרוך בביצוע פקודה זו.
הוראות הועדה לפי סעיף זה תפורסמנה כפי שייראה לועדה; אין צורך לפרסמן בעתון הרשמי.
