ועדת הבחירות המרכזית רשאית להורות, מראש או בדיעבד, כי באזור קלפי מסוים או במסיבות שתקבען הועדה לא יחולו הוראות פקודה זו בדבר הצגת רשימות בוחרים ובדבר מינוי חברים לועדת הקלפי ופרסום הרכבה. לא יהיה צורך לפרסם הוראות הועדה לפי סעיף זה בעתון הרשמי.
