47. תקנות דיון
שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע –
(א)לזמנן ולמקומן של ישיבות בית המשפט העליון ובית המשפט המחוזי בדונם בערעורים לפי פקודה זו;
(ב)להגשת ערעורים ולדיון בהם, לרבות צירוף צדדים, איחוד ערעורים ומסירת הזמנות, הודעות ומסמכים אחרים.
ערעורים לפי פקודה זו יהיו פטורים ממס משפט.
