10. מועד הפקדת תשלומים
תשלומים לקופת גמל יופקדו לא יאוחר מהמועד המוקדם מבין אלה:
(1)שבעה ימי עסקים מיום תשלום המשכורת החודשית לעובד;
(2)חמישה עשר ימים מתום החודש שבעדו על המעביד לשלם את המשכורת לעובד.
