9. היזון חוזר מסכם שנתי
תיקון: תשע״ו
לא יאוחר מיום 28 בפברואר של השנה העוקבת למועד הדיווח תעביר חברה מנהלת למעביד שהעביר דיווחים בהתאם לפי תקנה 13 עד יום 31 בדצמבר בשנה שבנוגע אליה הועברו הדיווחים, וכן למעביד שהפקיד תשלומים בלי שחלה עליו חובת דיווח, לפי תקנה 3(ג) היזון חוזר מסכם שנתי, ובו פירוט סך כל הכספים שהופקדו לכל עובד בקופה במהלך שנת המס תוך ציון מרכיבי חשבון קופת הגמל.
