Section 2 of תקנות הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (קופות גמל) (תשלומים לקופת גמל), התשע״ד–2014, אופן הפקדת תשלומים לקופת גמל.
2. אופן הפקדת תשלומים לקופת גמל
(א)קופת גמל רשאית לקבל תשלומים באמצעות אחד מאלה בלבד:
(1)כרטיס אשראי, כהגדרתו בחוק כרטיסי חיוב, התשמ״ו–1986;
(2)העברה בנקאית;
(3)שובר תשלום;
(4)הרשאה לחיוב חשבון;
(5)שיק, כמשמעותו בסעיף 73 לפקודת השטרות, לטובת קופת הגמל בלבד.
(ב)קופת גמל תקבל תגמולי עובד באמצעות מעביד שינכה אותם ממשכורת העובד בעת תשלומה ויעביר אותם לקופת הגמל במועד התשלום, הקבוע בתקנה 10.
