7. אגרות ותשלומים
הרשות המוסמכת רשאית לקבוע בתקנות חובת תשלום בעד –
(1)מעבר בנקודת מעבר ושימוש במתקנים המצויים בה;
(2)קבלת היתר, הנוגע למעבר או להעברת טובין בנקודות המעבר, שניתן על פי הוראות כל דין או תחיקת בטחון או חידושו, וכן הגשת בקשה להיתר כאמור.
