6. עונשין
המפריע למפקח מעברים או לבודק במילוי תפקידו בנקודת המעבר או בסמוך לה או מי שפעל בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2(ד) או 2(ה) לצו זה, דינו – 5 שנות מאסר.
לעניין סעיף זה, ”מפריע“ – לרבות מי שלא מילא אחר הוראת מפקח המעברים שניתנה בהתאם להוראות צו זה.
