1. הגשת ערעור
כתב ערעור לפי סעיף 17 לחוק (להלן – ערעור) יוגש לבית משפט השלום בירושלים בעותק מודפס אחד ויהיה חתום ביד העורר או בא־כוחו; לכתב הערעור יצורף העתק צילומי של ההחלטה נושא הערעור.
