1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המתקשר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 12 לחוק;
”ועדה“ – ועדת הכרעה שהוקמה על פי סעיף 4 לחוק;
”מחזיק“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק.
