1. אופן הגשת ערעור
ערעור על החלטת המפקח לפי סעיפים 25(ג), 29(א), 51, 52, 62(א) או 100 לחוק יהיה בכתב ויוגש למשרד הרישום של בית המשפט המחוזי שבאזור שיפוטו נמצא מענו של המערער.
