2. מסירת מידע
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)מוסר מידע יעביר למשטרה את פרטי הרישום על גבי מדיה מגנטית; אופן ההעברה, מבנה הקבצים והרשומות ותכולת הנתונים שיועברו, יהיו לפי דרישת מענ״א.
(ב)העברת פרטי הרישום למשטרה שלא בדרך האמורה בתקנת משנה (א) טעונה תיאום וקבלת אישורו של ראש מענ״א או של מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך.
