3. מועדי מסירה
מוסר המידע יעביר את פרטי הרישום –
(1)בהעברה על גבי סרט מגנטי – לא יאוחר מ־30 ימים ממועד מתן ההחלטה נושא המידע;
(2)בהעברה בכל דרך אחרת – לא יאוחר מ־15 ימים ממועד מתן ההחלטה נושא המידע.
