תיקון: תשנ״ב
פרטי רישום על עבירות על חוק התכנון והבניה, התשכ״ה–1965, יועברו, בדרך שיקבע מענ״א, בידי התובע למנהל לא יאוחר מ־10 ימים ממועד מתן ההחלטה נושא המידע ובידי המנהל למשטרה לא יאוחר מ־15 ימים מיום קבלתם.
