9. בקשה לתיקון במרשם או במידע שנמסר ממנו
(א)בקשה לתיקון טעות במרשם או במידע שנמסר ממנו, תהיה במכתב רשום לפי המען: מענ״א, המטה הארצי, משטרת ישראל, ירושלים.
(ב)לבקשה יצורפו, במידת האפשר, אסמכתאות שיש בהן כדי לתמוך בה.
