10. הודעה על תיקון או סירוב
(א)נענתה המשטרה לבקשת התיקון, תתקן את הטעון תיקון ותשלח הודעה על כך למי שעליו המידע וכן למי שקיבל את המידע המוטעה, אם מי שעליו המידע ביקש להודיעו על התיקון.
(ב)נמצא שאין מקום להיענות לבקשה, תודיע המשטרה על כך למבקש תוך 60 ימים מיום קבלת הבקשה.
