5. מימוש רכוש
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)האפוטרופוס הכללי רשאי לממש רכוש שהופקד בקרן אם נוכח שהדבר דרוש לשם חלוקתו, לשם יעול הטיפול בו או לשם ביצוע תשלומים המוטלים על הקרן.
(ב)מימוש רכוש הכרוך בפעולות המנויות בסעיף 9(ג) לחוק האפוטרופוס הכללי טעון אישור מראש של המועצה.
