6. שימוש ברכוש
כל עוד לא מומש רכוש שהופקד בקרן רשאי האפוטרופוס הכללי, באישור המועצה, להחליט על אופן השימוש בו למטרות האמורות בסעיף 36ח(ב) לפקודה.
