36. שירותי רווחה ניסיוניים
השר, או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, רשאי לאשר הפעלת שירותי רווחה על בסיס ניסיוני לבחינת תועלתם, ובלבד שעלות הפעלתם הכוללת לא תעלה על 5% מהתקציב למתן שירותי הרווחה כהגדרתו בסעיף 27.
