37. שמירת דינים ושמירת זכויות
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)הוראות חוק זה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין ואין בהן כדי לגרוע מזכויות הנתונות לאדם עם מוגבלות לפי כל דין אחר, אלא אם כן נקבע במפורש אחרת בחוק.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף קטן (א), ההכרה באדם כזכאי וזכאותו לשירותי רווחה לפי חוק זה לא יישללו מחמת היותו אדם זכאי לשיקום לפי חוק שיקום מתמודדי נפש בקהילה, התש״ס–2000.
