שירות רווחה של מעון יום שיקומי שזכאי לקבל פעוט עם מוגבלות לפי חוק מעונות יום שיקומיים, יינתן לפי חוק מעונות יום שיקומיים בלבד, ולא לפי חוק זה; לעניין זה, ”פעוט עם מוגבלות“ – כהגדרתו בחוק מעונות יום שיקומיים.
