בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – מנהל השירותים הווטרינריים או מי שהוא הסמיך לענין תקנות אלה;
”כללי התשכ״ח“ – כללי המועצה לענף הלול (הסדרת ייצור ושיווק), התשכ״ח–1968;
”תחנת מיון“ – מבנה המשמש לשיקוף, מיון, אריזה והחתמה של ביצי מאכל, שהוא עסק כמשמעותו בפרט 166 לצו רישוי עסקים (עסקים טעוני רישוי), התשל״ג–1973;
”תקנות תנאי התברואה“ – תקנות רישוי עסקים (תנאים תברואיים לעסקים לייצור מזון), התשל״ב–1972.
