המנהל רשאי, לפי בקשת בעל תחנת מיון, לפטרו מהוראות מסוימות של תקנות אלה, לתקופה שהוא יורה, אם ביום תחילתן של תקנות אלה כבר התנהל העסק לפי רשיון תקף.
