22. גידור שטח משק העופות
(א)משק העופות יהיה מגודר בגדר המונעת כניסת בני אדם ובעלי חיים, ויהיה בה שער ובו מנעול.
(ב)הגדר תהיה מעוגנת בתוך הקרקע וגובהה יהיה לפחות 1.50 מטר מעל פני הקרקע.
(ג)הוראות תקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) לא יחולו על משק עופות הנמצא בתוך שטח מגודר.
