23. רצפת הלול וסביבתו
(א)רצפות הלול יהיו מבטון, אספלט או מחומר אחר בלתי חדיר למים הניתן לניקוי וחיטוי בקלות.
(ב)רצפות הלול וסביבתו כאמור בתקנת משנה 6(א) יהיו מוגבהות ב־30 ס״מ לפחות מעל פני הסביבה.
